Swaps Are Fun!

by

I mentioned a few weeks ago about the homeschool swap. Well now that I have a moment I wanted to share what my swap buddy sent me. I was pretty excited to get a box in the mail and I tore into it to see what she sent. I wasn’t disapointed! (please excuse the poor photo, my camera is dying)

Let me say right now that the yarn is so soft and beautiful I almost hesitate to use it. I keep picking it up to feel it in my hands. I am thinking I might just need a new cozy scarf to wrap up in on cold winter days. And that stack of tea bags will certainly go to good use. I’ve already enjoyed a cup of the Green Tea and Mint that she sent and it was delicious!

Hopefully Dawn has gotten my box by now and is enjoying what I sent. I’m a bit anxious to share, but I don’t want to spill the beans in case the mail is being slow. I’ll just say that she mentioned in her list that her favorite color is green apple, so that’s the direction I went.

The next swap will open on November 10th. It was a lot of fun and I hope that some of you will want to join in!

I’m so glad you like it! I would love to see the scarf if you knit one. I wish I could do that!
    Blessings,
    Dawn
